is a private university in Daitō, Osaka, Japan. It is abbreviated as "DaiSanDai" using first Japanese characters of its name (character "Ō" is also pronounced as "Dai" in Japanese). It was established in 1923 as Osaka Railway School. The University has 6 faculties and 4 graduate schools. Its campuses are located in the Nakagaito Area of Daito-City, Osaka close to the ancient Japanese capital of Nara. A satellite campus is located in Umeda district of Osaka City. Yoshihiko Motoyama (本山美彦), former chairman of the Japan Society of International Economics, is the current President of the University.
